STANDARD REFUND POLICY

 

Non Faulty Items

We want your order to meet all of your expectations. We will gladly accept returns of faulty or unworn jewellery within 28 days of dispatch date if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Kindly note that you will be expected to take care of the expense of postage assuming you decide to return an item.

The original debit or credit card will receive any outstanding balance. Please allow up to five business days for the completion of this procedure.

We will request that you provide the Proof of Postage receipt that you obtained from the Post Office in the event that we do not receive your returned item. If you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund.

Additionally, we are happy to exchange your item within 28 days of purchasing. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 28-day refund window, unless the product is defective, you will not receive a refund.

EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately, we can't acknowledge returns of hoops or cleaning items assuming the sealed bundling sticker has been opened. This is for cleanliness reasons and doesn't influence your legal privileges comparable to defective things. We are unable to accept items that have been requested, made to order, engraved, personalized, or altered. However, this does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective items.

Pierced Jewellery:  Our Website Refund policy does not apply to pierced jewellery or earrings because of hygiene concerns and your safety.

Personalized Jewellery:  An order for personalised jewellery cannot be returned. As a result, we are unable to offer a refund on any item that has been customized or specialized in any way.

Refunds for unworn resalable items purchased from our website can be requested within 28 days of the purchasing date.

You are required to return the free or discounted items for combination purchases, such as buy one, get one free or buy one, get another item at a reduced price, in order for a refund to be processed.

Additionally, we are happy to exchange your item within 28 days of purchasing date. Unless the product is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund if you decide to exchange it outside of the 28-day refund window.

If the item you return has faults or damage that were caused by accident, neglect, or misuse while it was in your possession or while it was being returned to us, we will not replace it or refund your money.

It can take up to 14 days for us to process your return.

Faulty Items

Regardless of whether you purchased the item, you are entitled to legal recourse in the event that the goods you receive from us are not of a satisfactory quality, or your item is faulty or does not match the specifications contained in your order, You are entitled to a refund within 28 days of purchasing the item.

 

How To Return Faulty Item:

Visit our Contact Us page.

Mention the item's Order Number (for your Order Number, please check your Delivery Receipt). Please specify the reason for the refund in the comments box.
Instructions for returning the item will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
• Make sure the package is sealed securely.
• Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition and in the original packaging. If the seal is opened on the packaging the item will NOT be Refunded or exchanged. 

NOTE: All customer are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this with a tracking number as we are Not responsible for any items lost in the post. We will provide shipping address details through the email.
